    I guess I could see their point if someone was selling the tabs but forums like this no one is making any money on it.

    What a joke. Easy enough to get around. Just change the title to something else, the tab is always the author's own interpretation anyway and is never the exact statement of the melody.

    The thing with tabs is that you still need the record to really use it properly, so it could be seen as a vehicle for selling more recordings. A friend of mine ran a internet radio station a few years back, which I thought was a fabulous way to spread the word and sell more records. Instead, he got the inevitable letter from corporate America ordering him to cease and desist. Dumbasses! Capitalism at its most typical...
