Don't have them myself (I'm not sure I even know the tune!), but there's a guy in Washington DC that's put together a bunch of fake books that feature it (and a big plus is that he usually features the verses as well):

You can also order tunes individually and if you want he'll send them to you as a pdf...
Then they've got it here, where you can request a photocopy:
