I can understand why @stuart is so enamored with THIS GUITAR.
Love the look and sound. Someone's gonna have a very special guitar in their hands when they pull the trigger and buy that baby. :-bd
I Love my Altamira M01D, however this has a much more GYPSY TONE…
Then again, Look who's playing it. :-c
Very unconvincing antiquing in my opinion .. they need to get hooijdonk or barault in there with a greasy rag and some car keys to scratch it up a bit more :ar!
hmm .. well you can probably get an antiqued barault plectrum for under a grand ..
Czech luthier Vit Cach makes some pretty decent antiqued look instruments too. I can't find any website of his unfortunately, I just saw/played them at Samoreau last year.

I know Vit Cach. He makes excellent guitars! With a very refined antiqued look. And a fat dark powerful old fashioned sound!
I met him in Django Memorial in Augsburg 2014, and played longly his guitars: they really sound great!
Observation..
Shiny brass and Phillips head screws..a giveaway.
Soften the sharp corners on the bridge "slightly".
Rub the leather a bit to get the fish glue off it.
If the brass is lacquered.. remove it.. then treat the brass.
Replace the Phillips heads with slotted screws, after antiquing same.

Once I get up off the Floor myself, I gotta get out of Cyberland, and hit the streets.
With laughter in my heart anyway.
Great Day All

Here is a gorgeous one: http://www.benoit-de-bretagne.com/forum//viewtopic.php?f=8&t=13278
Samson and Dorado Schmidt also played them, and enjoyed a lot:
Vit Cach has now a FaceBook page here: https://www.facebook.com/cachguitars
Risto Ivanovski, who made my guitar, has one too:

I'd like to see another. Impressive.
