Glad you put your Mystery Guitar up. Nice looking guitar, your description sure makes it sound like it's a perfect match for you, Nice picking, the iPhone sure did pick up the drum, wish your playing could be heard better. Did the guitar come from Jean Paul? What part of PA. are you in?

I'm in Punxsutawney, Pa. I bought this guitar from JP about a year and half ,two years ago, It's a great instrument. It's very hard to describe what makes a quality instrument quality other than using the typical descriptions of great projection and response. Having played on so many different guitars I've come to learn from experience what quality actually means and this is surely of the highest quality. My guitar and Tim's Holo sound amazing together when heard in person, it's one of the most beautiful sounds these two together.

Thought your name was familiar. Still waiting for the pick. Say hi to Phil the forcaster.

When people say "Cedar" I always think Western Redcedar. That is my favorite tone wood. I have both an oval hole mandolin and oval hole octave mandolin with Western Redcedar tops; the best sounding isntruments I've ever had.

Beautiful guitar. Some of its features remind me of Fontaine... but I am no expert in Busatos. Is there any reason why we should rule out Fontaine?

I'm not ruling any possibilities out, I would love to know. Although in the end it really doesn't matter other than for resale value
