Hmm it seems that only the first four bars are a perfect match, from there martin weiss' tune is nothing like Young at Heart. Also in his announcement he says something about "inaudible mumble" this song from his grandfather...
In the beginning he says something that kinda sounds like "my composition".
Find a German speaker and ask for translation. Maybe Joscho Stephan is on the forum and he'll chime in?
Whatever it is, he plays it very nicely. The opening still sounds like Young At Heart to me. The Paul Anka tune must have been a regional hit on Europe. Also great TONE and sound quality...I wonder what kind of pickup he's using? Big Tone?

That would be a left handed version of
young at heart
If you Care to learn it @adrian has a great version on soundslice.

Buco
it is a composition by Martin Weiss himself, called "Merci Grand Pére". It is dedicated to his grandfather.
And by the way, it is not based on "Young at heart", but on "Verboten" by Paul Anka:
Enjoy - and
