    so why does he have it listed as tiger rag anyway if it's not that at all?

    I just merged the two so that there's as little talk as possible. The schoenberg version continues for a few seconds more where this one ends.


    Ride Red Ride is listed as Tiger Rag because it's supposed to be a variation on the theme. Kind of how Dinette is a variation of Dinah. It's the only explanation I can think of.

    It might have been identified as Tiger Rag earlier, before it was properly identified as Ride Red Ride, and Stan had transcribed it from an LP with the tune bearing that name.
