I was looking at the handmademusicclubhouse.com website, and saw a very impressive project by a guy in Belgium.

I haven't heard it, but looked at his construction pics. He put a lot of effort into it...the raw materials are the weird part. Seems like he struggled with the pliage part...nothing new there I guess...

I have auto-translate installed in Google Chrome so I am able to make enough sense out of the plot line...

If nothing else, it's cool looking...

Interesting choice to build a tenor guitar.

I looked at his photo-sequence and was partly inspired and partly disappointed at the work he put into the bracing and other internal construction (kerfing?), only because it made it obvious it wasn't a thrown-together effort...yet he does categorize some of his instruments as garbage or trash-based...I like the re-purposing idea...but save a lot of questionably useful items as a solution to a problem I don't have yet...or do I have one?

I found a link to a playing clip of it by the builder but he took it down, saying he cannot play and it was really bad.
