Imagine your ideal Gipsy Jazz Festival, where some your favorite players are invited, and on top of it you get to play with them too...that was Pennabilli Django Fest 2014, a truly unforgettable experience..
I hope you enjoy my new video diary, which captures about 1% of what happened over the 3 days of the event, but still gives a pretty good idea I believe..thanks to Enrico Partisani for much of the video

Thanks Dario, I really your "on the road" videos. Interesting how some of the European players, like Wawau (Birelli, Rocky Gresset and others) sometimes use fancy Gibson archtops. Looks like a custom L5. Really nice tune at the end, when the credits are rolling. Smooth tone and playing. Thanks for posting.

Thanks a lot man, really appreciate it, that is my composition, called "Make it a Sunny Day", title track for my latest CD. Wawau was playing a Super 400 there but you're right, rather than a piezo or stimer, many prefer the semiacoustic, I also think it's a much better sound and much less hassles. Feel bad for Rocky, his L5 just got stolen a few days ago...
