I started doing a youtube series a long time ago on fretboard logic and theory on the fretboard. I am finally getting around to finishing it. Uploading the end of the caged section. I noticed in the lessons that I teach and even attending some workshops that knowing the fretboard was the constant limiting factor for most guitarists. I think if that is you these may be helpul:
1. Scales/modes:
a. By tetrachord (3 octave method)
b. By 3 per string
c. By 6 note patterns proceeded by the 7th
2. Arpeggios (camera is better on the rest of them)
a. By 3 set of 2 method
3. Learning the notes on the entire fretboard
4. Caged (still uploading the final video)
5. (Coming soon) Shell voice logic.
I hope these can help people out.
