F would be a good key if playing with clarinet or sax. G is traditional A would give violin some fun openings.

Some people have played Hungaria in F, Rosenberg Trio for example back in the day... most people play it in G though... Hungaria, one of those jam tunes that actually doesn't really have a melody haha

You can always play the melody to "Bye, Bye Blues." The only chord difference between the two is (in the key of G) the move from G6 to Ab6 (Hungaria), and G6 to Eb7 (Bye, Bye).
