Neck Adjustment When Changing String Gauge?

Is it ever necessary to adjust the neck relief when going from 10s to 11s or vice versa with gypsy guitars? Both of my guitars have fairly chunky necks with truss rods.

I just switched my Dunn from 11,s to 10's. After a day or so of settling in, the curve was a bit different so I took a bit of tension off the truss rod.

Check the action and curve before and after. Your eye and common sense will tell you whether you need to change the truss rod.
