minor swing outro

One of the very used outros is the following (here in Am) :

A|------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------------|

I’ve noticed that sometimes it is executed with chords rather than with single notes.
Wich chords and fingerings should be used ?
