What about regular jams in Portland? Seemed like there was a discussion group on Yahoo a few years ago but can't find it. There were also some weekly jams shown on YouTube. Might take some trips through the pass for music weekends when the weather improves.

I emailed Sims of Harmonious Wail a few months back about the Midwest Gypsy Swing Fest in Madison Wisconsin. He told me they were planning something the weekend of September 17 - 18. Went in 2019 and it was delightful. I was watching their concert under the Oaks they played last Friday June 18, and they announced it was happening. Line up has been set and so on. So a great news since I live within 3 hours of the Madison. The website isn't updated on anything yet, though.
