Accordina for Sale on eBay

Saw this on eBay - an original Borel Accordina. Will be interesting to see how much this goes for.

About two years ago, another original Borel sold on E-bay from the East Bay of Calif.. Selling price... $180 US.

A new one is under $1500 and infinitley better made.

I actually had a modern one by Dreux and still have an original Borel. The originals use brass reeds which are more sensitive than the stainless steel modern ones. The Borel was also smaller in cross section and about 12 ounces lighter, which makes for significant ergonomic advantages. In terms of quality of construction, I would say they were equivalent.
