I've been searching far and wide for a transcription of the famous Django J'attendrai video, mainly the intro chord part and can't find it anywhere.
I would of thought someone would of transcribed it.

I always try to find video covers on youtube when working on learning new songs. The intro is pretty easy so I think you wont have too much trouble learning it by ear and eye from this video:
If I get some spare time I am gonna transcribe it.
Edit: I have read poorly, thought you were searching for the lead part. My apologies.
Here is Hono playing it. So I guess if you want to get the right transcription one way is to join the DC lessons.
Django's solo intro to J'attendrai is one of my favorite pieces and also one of the first things I was compelled to learn (& make awful video;) early on in my GJ musical journey! Such a sweet lil' intro that stands on it's own... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/m-gsttcvK38" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Posting this in case of someone looking for this in the future. I did this video for my own sake because I'm gonna forget how to play this thing at some point for sure so now I have a reference
I was going to say, I'm pretty sure I saw that on Soundslice! Of course, the OP asked in 2015 when Soundslice was probably just a twinkle in your eye...

The beginning part of the video (before the full band comes in) was transcribed here by Gilles Rea:

I started with his transcription but I heard some details differently so I did my own figuring it out.
