Rare oval hole and seldom found Selmer copy made by Jacques Castelluccia in France. All original except the bridge.
I would describe the sound as dry but warm with vibe and explosive power!
I also have the original paperwork from RF Charle Paris.
Features:
Selmer like dimensions: 655mm scale, a 15 3/4" wide body, and 3 3/4" body depth.
Lightweight three brace design weighs in at only 3.5 lbs.
Rosewood, back and sides the top is spruce.
Original JC tailpiece.
Tuners are original S. Bilardi style.
Dupont VRB rosewood bridge.
Newer frets.
Set up is smooth with Argentine 10's strings.
The condition of this instrument is excellent! There are a few well repaired surface cracks along the top but difficult to see.
I will consider possible trade options.
PM for any further information.
