The train from Paris stops at Avon and not at Fontainbleau, although it's called "Avon-Fountainbleau." The free shuttle service begins at Fountainbleau before the first concert performance, then does another pick up at the Avon train station, then to Samois. Last year, the last pick up from Samois back to Avon and Fountainbleau was 11:30 pm, which is unfortunately earlier than the last performance and the jamming. Hopefully, the shuttle service this year will be extended later into the night. You don't want to miss the shuttle or the train back to Paris. But there are taxis available. A taxi to Fountainbleau is about 20 euros. And it's too far to walk to Avon. I would also recommend staying in Fountainbleau or Avon if possible if you're going to the festival. I recall someone missing the train back to Paris last year. Don't know how that story ended. You will want to check the train schedule, but there is a late one to Paris: around midnight.
We stayed in Fontainbleau last year and loved it. The shuttle was easy but as said earlier don't miss the last one. Taxis were on strike last year over Uber issues. There was a riot at CDG airport the day before we arrived. That shouldn't be an issue this year. I remember the train to Paris being at least an hour long ride from departure. Another half hour waiting on the train. Another half hour getting through Gare de Lyon. I'd stay in Fontainbleau and enjoy the beautiful village.
Here are some very positive changes just announced for the festival this year according to the website: (1) The free shuttle bus between Fountainbleau and the festival will run through the last concert, rather than ending at 11:30 pm. (2) There will be an added free shuttle between Héricy Gare (the train station in the town across the river Seine where the festival is held) to the festival with a stop at the Samoreau campground. (3) There will be a later train departing to Paris. Hope to see you there! http://festivaldjangoreinhardt.com/spip.php?rubrique30
Unfortunately, you have to pre-pay either by mailing a check in euros or by bank transfer. No Paypal or credit card option.
From Paris you should take the train Line R from Gare de Lyon to Avon-Fountainbleau, then the free shuttle to Samois (or Samoreau campground). Then you can ride the Navette which takes you to central Paris. There will be train line construction during the evenings June 22 - 24 looks like, and they also suggest try carpool. Not sure what they mean by "evenings", but I'd guess after rush hours. That www.blablacar.fr link helps find carpools, kind of cool idea though in French naturally. Leaving Paris in plenty of time should be pretty safe I'd think.
Your links show schedule for a bus (last year's schedule) from the train station to the center of Fontainebleau, and to Samois haut and bas. (Bas is where the festival is, by the river, haut is hilltop.) The free shuttles from the Avon-Fountainbleau train station to the festival start at 6PM during the week, and 3 PM on the weekend.
The second link is a map of Fontainebleau, and I can't open the third, but it's about buses to schools which is not applicable to you.

Does this look accurate to you? From what I gather of this, I need to catch the 7:18pm bus probably, in order to make it back to Paris.
