Yes it is a Romani song written by Schnuckenack Reinhardt. Actually the melody is a polish tango initially (during he WWII Schnuckenack was in Poland) and he adapted the lyrics in Romani.
The title is The last Sunday and of course, it is a sad love song.
It says approximatively The last sunday when I sang for you, when I played for you, it was our last time, our last night. When we will leave this country with our wagon and horse, you won't be with us. Why would we need gold or silver, our horse and wagon is all our wealth, but you are not here..

    Here is the polish version

Here is a version by Schnuckenack

Denis may give you more information, he really knows the gypsy language and he wrote some articles in the blog of Djangobooks about it. He also recorded Gypsy songs sung by Tcha Limberger for DC music school

I don't have more information to give, Pierre said it all :-)

I think during WWII Schnuckenak's family had to flee to Poland or something like that, that's where he might have heard this melody

Thanks for sharing that. I'm from Poland and of course I know of "Ostatnia Niedziela" (sometimes also called the "Suicide Tango"), I never heard of the Schnuckenack Reinhardt version though, so that's an interesting find.
