Well I received the album yesterday and it's great: Wawau's style and tone are unique and Marcel Loeffler's appearance adds depth to the mix (especially on "Je suis seul ce soir"). I encourage everyone to buy a copy and encourage this lesser known artist.
BTW, does anybody know what pick Wawau uses? Andreas mentionned somewhere that Wawau plays with a small thin pick but does anybody know what make/model he uses?
i have the cd too . it's excellent but i am disappointed that he didn't use alternate takes that i've heard previously , especially for django's tiger. I wish I had kept that version on my computer!! it was much better than the one on the CD
