Gonzalo dunlop picks

Does anyone actually use these picks?

For a while I did. I've lost them all. For all practical purposes, they're exactly the same as the Gator Grip 1.5mm (green). That's a great pick, but I still prefer the black (2mm).

I use them. Mine just don't say Gonzalo on them.

Bones

The last time I had a lesson with Gonzalo he was using Dunlops, so yes. I've switched and I like them a lot. But I think a big part of what one likes (as in music or other preferences) is what one is used to using.

Are we talking about the Gator Delrin purple picks? If so, I think they're a different material to then green Gator Grips. I have used both and the purple ones seems harder and smoother, so to my ears a little brighter in tone.

But yeah, I'm using them at the moment and am quite happy.

The ones I had were the 1.5mm:

I have a couple that Gonzalo sent me when I bought a couple of CDs. It appears that Gonzalo used the 1.5 and Jeff used the 2.0, and they are identical to the Dunlop Gator Grip picks.
