    I've tested this quite a bit and the sound is fantastic. Very clear sounding and best of all the string balance is pretty well perfect!

    If these are anything like the originals, they are great pickups indeed! I've got a 50s De Armond Guitar Mike (similar to the Rhythm Chief) on my '46 Epiphone Triumph, and the sound is superb - classic, fat, and very cool.
