My band is looking to add a dedicated rhythm player. We are currently 2 guitars, a fiddle and a bass. We gig 2-4 times per month. We rehearse once a week in Oakland. Please PM me if you're interested.

I'd love to, but I'm too new to the style... Been playing guitar for 17 years but still mediocre and finally taking it seriously (lessons, dedicated structured practice, etc). Maybe in a year!
