To anyone who owns a copy of the book "Givone : la guitare Manouche Methode":
Would it be alright to ask you to take a picture of one typical page of that book and share it here? I am quite curious about it but am not sure if the timing is right to buy it (i.e. I am not sure I know the basics enough to understand it)...
Thanks. And moderators can remove the post if it is deemed inappropriate.

Now, one thing I've found around this site is that everybody is a little different in their learning style, and what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for everyone...
... with the possible exception of Michael Horowitz's "Gypsy Picking" which seems to have a much higher than usual success rate!...

That being said, there is one thing about the Givone book that I would caution users about... I never did master his "linked" arpeggio fingering forms, and to my knowledge most or all of of the other guys in our Givone users group had the same problem.
So learn all the great arp fingerings that the book teaches--- just don't worry about linking the various positions together!
My two cents,
