I dont know this one, it sounds like a modern composition to me.
I am not sure why you said it is based on Indifference: the structure and harmonies of Indifference are basics in the genre of musette waltzes, but Indifference was definitely not the first tune with this structure. A lot of tunes follow that same patterns.
