notes that over power all the rest

Hi, I searched the forum but having trouble finding solutions that I haven't tried.
I recently got a Altamira M01F, very nice in every regard except for certain notes have a very loud, (x2) resonate, almost nauseating quality to them.

I refit the bridge, placed a leather strip through the after strings, and changed strings, this did help it corrected some of it. The D 2nd string 3rd fret and G 3rd string open have returned to normal.

But still the D note 1st string 10th fret and D second string 15th fret are really over powering the rest. At first I thought the D itself was a wolf note but I've ruled this out as not all the D notes were acting up and there was also one G note involved that is now back to normal.
Any ideas would be great

Thanks in advance

Perhaps it's not that certain notes are too loud, rather that the other notes aren't loud enough.. ;)

Yeah it's hard to get a guitar to be perfectly balanced.
