hi folks, my mic started rattling- turned out it was just the screw on capsule that was loose. but then it started buzzing really loudly like a faulty connection. i found that if i turned the cable attached to the mic it would get "tighter " and the buzz has dissappeared for the moment. has any one taken apart one of these mics or know how the cord is attatched to the mic? i dont know if there really is a screw on mechanism for this part where the cord attches to mic or if its just the connection that is coming apart.
