Nuages in 3

Hello, I was just looking at my files and found my score attempt to play Nuages in 3/4 from some years ago! It was for an exam for my essemble class.
To be honest I don't like it for a variety of reasons: I had to make solos in 4/4 because the pianist that made comping couldn't handle 3/4 very well so the outcome became forced, i wanted it to be 6/8 feel waltz rumba but nobody cared about Gypsy Jazz on my class so it became something weird in 3 and the Flute well he never gave much of a F to really play the melody.

However I liked the idea of re-interpreting this tune in 3, but kinda forgot about it after that fiasco.
I was wondering if there's any version of it, do any of you know one? i haven't stumbled upon one yet.

I share with you the score of it!

I played it as a waltz with a band.
Once we started doing it that way, the melody felt like it was made for it.
I don't have a recording of it though.

I feel you! I always percieved the melody as a go for many time signatures and it doesn't feel weird

Thanks Buco. Is that your recording or someone else?

Cool idea, I'll give it a try just for fun.
