It would be fantastic to be able to see and hear this again after I lost mine. I was hoping that someone out there has already converted it, but alas.
Hi,I do have a ripped copy somewhere out there but I'd have to look for it.Anyway,I don't have the little booklet that came with it. I will search for it tomorrow,I guess it must still be safe in my hard drive.

and sure enough there was a booklet but the cover is different to mine (above):
Yeah, I noticed the photo of the other one but the one I have (somewhere...) is the same as yours, and I don't remember any booklet being with it.
The booklet one was from Stefan Grossman edition and I guess this included a booklet.
