Query about finish on Altamira M30 Antique.

Hi Folks

....just acquired a 2017 M30 Antique from a well known online auction site here in the UK!!😀

It originated from Djangobooks ...as it happens.

Hoping someone can tell me about the 'antique' finish applied to the top.

I understand it is 'oil' based....trying to discover what I might use to 'harmonise' minor blemishes?

I'm familiar with the likes of Tru-Oil, Danish Oil...etc

Any thoughts most welcome!!

@MisterKevster You can use any type of violin oil or shellac finish that uses alcohol to renew the finish.

I have an M10, really have to be careful, scratches so easily. I thought I was the only one with this issue. In a few years it will look genuinely antique alright. Thinking maybe I could coat it with something else to protect it but no solutions yet.

.....also looking for a 'self-adhesive' clear pickguard to sit on the antique finish....preferably without causing damage to said finish. Any thoughts on that??
