Sounds familiar... Its at 13:13 into the video. Thanks.
If you watch starting from 12:15 he says it's Be Our Guest from Beauty And The Beast ;-)
it also sounds like "when you're smiling"
The first few notes also sound like "Seule Ce Soir" which is a GJ standard
Thanks Dennis--and so it is "Be our Guest". Contemporary music. How about that!
I hate to contradict you Dennis but at 13:13 Ican hear 'La PetiteTonkinoise' a tune by Vincent Scotto.
You can hear several versions (including Joséphine Baker's and Maurice Chevalier's versions) of this tune here : https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=ma+tonkinoise&ru=%2fsearch%3fq%3dma%2btonkinoise%26form%3dEDGHPT%26qs%3dPF%26cvid%3d61ef0915bbff4db19636c72af6d188c5%26cc%3dFR%26setlang%3dfr-FR%26plvar%3d0%26PC%3dACTS&view=detail&mid=4F34441C2CCE86C99CA04F34441C2CCE86C99CA0&&mmscn=vwrc&FORM=VDRVRV

Denis is right - the band leader introduces it as Be My Guest and he has also recorded it under that title on his album Modern Paganini.
I only hear a superficial similarity to La Petite Tonkinoise but I am glad that you’ve introduced us to this tune Francois.
You're certainly right. Everyone hears what he/she's been exposed to, depending on his own culture.
I am not familiar with "Be my guest" while I've known "La Petite Tonkinoise" since more or less 60 years.
But at this level of similarity it is at least a reminiscence, not to say plagiarism.
