This is going to hurt and I might regret it but, I've got my eye on something else so my Jean Barault is up for sale. My guitar is the version with some nicely figured Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. It is a well-loved and well used guitar so it has a lot of signs of use (scratches, bumps, checking). There are no cracks. I had some checking on the lower bout checked out by Spruce Tree Music (http://www.sprucetreemusic.com/) here in Madison and they verified that it is just checking and not a crack. I took lots of pictures of the condition of the guitar. The album in the link has 75 pictures from various angles and close ups.
The previous owner had the 10th fret dot position marker professionally moved to the 9th fret.
The guitar plays great and sound just amazing. Action is just under 3mm on the low E and a little more than 2.5mm on the high E.
Comes with the hardshell case pictured and the Dupont Bigtone from this thread (https://www.djangobooks.com/forum/discussion/17039/dupont-bigtone-pickup).
Price is $SOLD shipped and PayPal'd. No trades please.
If you are near the Madison, WI area, you are welcome to try it.

What a beauty. I like that you us a Wegen GJ pick for size comparisons. Makes the whole thing even more geeky than it already is ?.
I may have done that intentionally just for that purpose... ?
Bump. Still available.
I just paid my deposit for my next guitar, so I would love to get this one sold.
