Yes, they are all in Europe but price and shipping are in dollars. This one is the cheapest at $32.75 + ~$10 shipping from Germany to the US. The rest have the spiral binding and range from similar to much more expensive.

Sure. My only point is that if you want an accurate discography, Vernon is more accurate and up to date and has a lot more information. It's typically a very expensive book but there's one on Amazon right now for $50, which is a real bargain. I wouldn't trade my copy of Abrams for anything, but it's really more of a cool artifact than a reference nowadays. Of course, that's something worth having, too.

To be honest I'm not that interested in the contents, for me it's a really cool thing to have and to hold. It arrived yesterday and I had a very brief, tantalising, look. It looks really interesting, can't wait till I get my hands on it at Christmas. It does look really fragile though so I need to handle it with care.
