Just wanted to mention that this Couesnon stood out in the jam at Django in June in the room with Selmer and Busato. To my ear at least but many others were impressed with it. It projects like very few and has a sweet tone full of warm mids.
I've heard the Holo as well in person and it is excellent. Perfectly playable and nicely setup. Lovely tone. Never heard the Couesnon in person, but I agree it sounds really nice and punchy without being shrill or piercing.

It punches through very nicely even compared to Holo. The high E and B strings are so well rounded. And I remember playing the Holo and liking it.
