Gérard Lévêque is still alive ????!!!??

A recent search about Django’s requiem found its way (of course) to Gérard Lévêque, and there is no mention of him being deceased.

Anybody across the pond aware of his whereabouts?

According to a friend of mine who worked on many recording sessions with Gerard Leveque when he was the music director at Barclay Studios, he passed away in 1978.
