Django on stride piano?!
Steve Grant from Melbourne put up some nice tunes the other day. There might be a couple of Django tunes you recognize :)

It would be fun to hear him interpret Django's interpretation of Fats Waller's Honeysuckle Rose to bring a sort of "telephone game" full circle.
I've long had a feeling that a lot of Django's ingenious use of guitar was inspired by him hearing interesting stuff on other instruments, stride piano being near the top of that list, then looking for ways to recreate the sound he heard on the guitar.
That works so well on piano... And to top it off with the Wurlitzer sound. Does he take requests? :D
