I believe at least one of this young gentlemen is only a jazz enthousiast waiting to receive an autograph (that thing which was existing before selfies) from Django. That could be the reason why he is close to DR and looks carefully to Django's writing.

1, 2,4 & 7 definitely Jourdan. 5 possibly but having now looked at every photo I have of Jourdan, I do not think the guy on the video is him. Probably just a fan.

Ok let's say that the Django fan doesn't match convincingly with Jourdan but that's not a problem as we will probably find André Jourdan elsewhere in this video that's why I wondered around, finally found somebody who Could make me be true ... Let's go at the begining of the sequence when they go out of the theater and check if André Jourdan is the guy with the flying tie on the right that speaks with Lévêque and/or Django:
