Here is a used Maurice Dupont bigtone pickup #2 that measures approximately 20 mm at the Low E and 16.5 mm at the hi E and 5 inches long.

This is currently set up as an internal mount but can be converted with a different end pin if desired (not included). There is room to sand the pickup to a lower height or shim to make higher if needed.
