My 2 cents... My tip for youtube : when I prepare videos for youTube, I shift the sound of the video from something like 10 frames, and it looks good on youTube! ;-)

Sorry I didn't get a closer Dennis-style angle. It was my first day there and I was a bit shy about getting up in their faces. They don't seem to mind though.
