Hello everyone
It has been a longtime since my last update to the website dedicated to the clarinet quintet of Django, but I am sort of back, almost on time for Django's birthday!
Some kind musicians sent me new transcriptions to share, and I have new info about Django, the concerts etc. to share. So hopefully more content will be published soon
To start with, here is a post about the series of concerts they gave in Bordeaux in Nov 1940. It starts with a poker game in the train, some students come along, the show goes on with dancers, the Snake lady, the Death lovers etc. I let you read, listen and watch the story (in French for now, English version to come soon).
If you spot a mistake, or have information to add, I am more than happy to correct!
