Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy!!!!!!
Just ordered my 2nd Shelley Park Guitar. Bearclaw Spruce with amber varnish, Waterfall Bubinga for back and sides, Encore model with soundport. Few other bits and features. Considering a shorter scale for my aging hands but have plenty time to consider that.
I have her #250 - a Montmarte and its lovely. I can only play it slouch-style because of some recent right shoulder trauma. This is the way one should play for slow etudes anyway, according to the Master. You can see Django play in that posture in that promo film Le Hot Jazz.
