Hi! I was wondering If someone knew what was the thevelopment of the shape of the headstock of most gypsy jazz guitars.
I 've found that similar shape (narrower,slotted and a bit pointed) on various instruments like banjo guitars and banjolins.
The pointed shape It's a particular gypsy design or a luthier choice?
