    Reinier is a great player, as is Jan Brouwer on rhythm. I've also enjoyed Swing for Bop with Geert on accordion. Pigalle 44 is a good band.

    I love their stuff. I met Jan at the Birmingham Festival where I met you, Phil. I don't think Pigalle 44 was playing there though? I remember Jan was at DFNW at a later date, but again I think it was without the band.

    Just checked, website is still up. They issued a live album in 2019.

    Their FB page shows they just played a gig on 1 April (unless that is a joke entry).😂 Reinier used to give lessons and I'd get e-mails about them, but I don't know that he is doing his online academy any longer. He does have truefire courses though (ex: https://truefire.com/jazz-guitar-lessons/gypsy-guidebook/c1029)
