Decided to make a chord chart for myself and also share it here for fun. Based specifically on the 1947 version here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZY6PBuXcNw

I loaded this up and pitch corrected it so I could hear what was happening.

Notes, where I put a note above the chords that indicates the Bass note on that chord. The G7/Ab sounds weird if the bass doesn't play that note, he does it every time in the song.

The F-6/D is somewhat strange for that era (at least in this music genre from this era) as the melody note is Bb. But it sounds good so I guess it just works.
