I've been working on something similar as I learn heads. I just call it "Djamming" as it's meant for playing with complete strangers. All the info you need, simplified progressions, etc. I've attached my current iReal playlist as an example.
Tbh though, the Robin Nolan songbook is like 80% of the way there, and sightreading melodies sucks... But chord charts aren't a fakebook...
What is your ETA on this project? Looking forward to seeing it. I would add: try to learn from the success of Robin Nolans books, the original iReal fakebook set, and Cosimini's books, and improve on them if possible, and avoid their failures. Opinions vary.
