    For anybody curious about checking out Choro standards there are some tabledit files at Mandozine.

    The tabs are in mandolin format but include standard notation.

  • Choro is very cool, as is most music from Brazil. Can't say I'm really drawn to the format, though. Not really as conducive to simple jams, given their unique structures.

    Clarinettist Anat Cohen and her band “Choro Adventuroso” did a small series of performance/ education videos on Choro for the Lincoln Centre’s Jazz Academy channel.
