I know there is one in the DC Music School course that Tcha did on old Manouche songs like this called Romane Gilia. It is a standard lead sheet with the melody written in standard notation and the chords of the harmony written above the bar lines. It is a great course with a bunch of other songs and includes some guitar etudes and performances by Tcha. Others might have something free for you, but if you wanted to hear his thoughts on this song and the others, it is worth the purchase.

Awesome. Thanks.
I always liked this version w/ Tcha & Mozes. Dave Kelbie on Rhythm. Sebastien Girardot on double bass.
