Listening to this album, which I've not heard in years. What a wonderful, lyrical guitarist he is, wonder what Rodolphe is working on nowadays?

After your post I listened to it last night. I've always liked his unique phrasing of melody and solos. His cd "A GEORGES BRASSENS" SWING GUITARE JAZZ" 2001 Fremeaux Associates is my favorite probably because I learned some melody heads of a couple tunes! They may be out of print now - don't know.

I wasn't familiar with him so thanks for raising this. I'm enjoying listening right now. This particular CD also has Florin on violin, I player whose work I've always appreciated. Not sure if you did a search after your comment, but it looks like Rodolphe just released a new CD on Fremeaux.
