It's probably more of an answer you were looking for. I get carried away sometimes...
I get carried away all the time, lol. I’m actually a recovering plower. I’m all seriousness, I think taking a small percentage of practice time to do a little plow has a lot of value. For me, I only have time to play guitar for about 30 minutes 3 times a week and so I mainly just practice improvising tunes and comping. By playing in my particular Goldilocks zone, it allows me to mess up less.
How the heck did you get to play so good on that version of Swing 85 that's out there?
