GJ players who actually swing
To me, most modern GJ guitarists don't actually swing, or have that swing feel. Even those who have the proper technique, or are even "authentic" Sinti.
I find ones like Josho Stephan, is one of the few that actually does, maybe that's why he always refers to it as "Gypsy Swing". His 8th notes swing HARD, and his phrases have that Chet Atkins old time swing feel.
Is it just me, or is there something in it?
