It's called Du Dja Yal. I think it's a Moreno tune

Love that song.
Also commonly spelled Tu Djaial. Here's a version from one of Tcha's DC Music School lessons. Tcha with his dad, Koen de Cauter and his son playing as Romani do a great version.
I believe this would be older than Moreno. It is classified as "Traditional" on one of my Schnuckenack CDs, but I think he was the one that brought it into popular knowledge through recording it.
It's a great drinking song.
